I made this card and treat bag for the nurse and FASA at my school. May 11th is School Nurse's Day!
Vintage nurse image is from nurse-entrepreneur-network.com, and I made the tiny clipboard from a thin sheet of cardboard, scrapbook tab and a trimmed, lined tag.
