Las Vegas Stamp Club card for August

I got this really cool stamp from Debi, who's a fellow stamper in my Friday club.

My trip to Playa del Carmen, Mexico and Lake Coeur d'Alene, Idaho inspired me

to make a beach card. I stamped the sun-bather with Saddle Brown ink from

StazOn and added red ribbon on the hat. For the "ocean" I used a Fiskars wavy

texture plate and brushed Pearl ink from Stampology over it. I tore strips of

white cardstock to make the sea foam and cut around the hat and attached it

to the sand-colored cardstock. Finally, I used the Martha Stewart Sand Dollar

punch and attached it using foam squares. Turned out better than I expected!
